Transition to iA for current plan members

You are already a member of the group retirement savings plan offered by your employer? Transitioning to iA is really simple, as you only need to activate your member account according to the procedure below.

I am already a member of the plan provided by my employer. I need to activate my account in My Client Space.


How to activate your account

You will be receiving your activation key in the mail from iA. Once received you can activate your My Client Space account at ia.ca/myaccount.

How to activate your account if you do not have your activation key

In the event that you misplaced your activation key or have not received one, please visit ia.ca/requestkey, and follow the steps. Upon receipt of your activation key, go to ia.ca/registrationkey to activate your account. It’s that easy! You may also call our Customer Service line at 1-800-567-5670 to request your activation key.

Transfer of your assets to iA

For all the details about and how and when your assets will be transferred from the previous provider to iA, go to the Messages from your employer tab.
